We’ve checked your order and can confirm your AUS-ION™ 30cm Frypan has now been delivered and is currently awaiting collection. As a small Aussie team manufacturing locally in batches, there can occasionally be longer wait times while we complete production and final quality checks before shipping. The pan you ordered was in fact a pre-order item, with an estimated completion in late September.
