Hi there, We’re sorry for the frustration this experience has caused, and for the review request being sent before your order arrived. Your order was placed during our recent sale period, which brought an unusually high volume of orders for our small team. While this did impact dispatch timing, we can see that your order has now been dispatched and is on its way to you. We do operate with a small customer care team here on the Sunshine Coast, and the Christmas period is an especially busy time for us. While delays can occur during peak periods, our team works hard to respond as promptly and helpfully as possible. We’re confident that once you start using your new pans, they’ll be well worth the wait. If there’s anything we can assist with in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Warm regards, The Solidteknics Team

Really disappointing after all the hype I heard before getting these pans. I have two sizes of the Noni pans and no matter what I do, they both stick when I cook eggs in the morning. Even when I pre heat the pan properly until the water beads over the surface. It does stick at first, then you move the eggs around and then they stick. Can't speak for the cast iron pans, but i wont be buying any more. They just aren't non-stick and just don't understand how they claim they are.

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your feedback. While our nöni™ stainless steel range isn’t non-stick in the traditional sense, it can deliver excellent low-stick performance when used with the right balance of heat and fat. As stainless steel heats gradually, a scientific principle called the Leidenfrost effect kicks in. This causes the metal to expand and the surface pores to tighten, creating a smoother surface that’s far less prone to sticking. That said, cooking eggs in stainless steel can be a learning curve, even for seasoned cooks, especially if you’re used to synthetic non-stick pans.  We would recommend pre-heating your pan on a lower heat for longer.
