Hi Karen,
Due to recent changes to US import tariffs and duties, we made the decision to ship Kickstarter orders directly from our Sydney factory, rather than through our Chicago warehouse, so that backers can receive their items sooner.
Unfortunately, during this transition, there was an issue with the tariff code documentation, which has required us to reissue all consignment labels as instructed by customs. We’re currently waiting for parcels to be released and delivered back to us so our team can reissue the shipping labels and we can ship them back out again.
We appreciate your patience and are truly grateful for your continued support and understanding while we work through this. Your order is secure and will be on its way as soon as possible once the new customs clearances are approved.
