“Hello I am unable to write review as I have yet to receive my order. Tracking shows that my parcel arrived at Welshpool, Western Australia on 7 December 2023. Australia Post advised that delivery was scheduled between 8 to 12 December 2023. Would you please follow this up at the earliest as BBQ Is required before Christmas. Anastasia Politis”

“I waited more than 2 months to get my order which was "lost" in their system. It wasn't until I started following up with my bank for a credit card refund and also through their site that they contacted me about the item. It turned up eventually. They seem very hit-and-miss and are not very customer focussed. I won't order from them again.”

“It took 2 months to get the Pizza Oven. Their website has a message box but my message notifying them of non-delivery was not answered nor acted upon. The email i sent about non-delivery was not answered nor acted upon. Eventually i found a telephone number to their storage area and the staff member was polite and helpful. The Pizza oven arrived within 3-4 days!”

“Delivery and Install timeline blew out, sent numerous emails through contact form on website with no response. Finally found a contact number online which was not easy and had to pressure to get some urgency behind getting it installed. It had apparently been sitting at the warehouse”

“Sold stock they didn't have and took 4 weeks to deliver. We had to call after 3 weeks and were told they had 4 coming in and 11 sold, luckily we received 1 of the 4.”

“You are sticking your chin out by asking me for a review! The price was good. The communication was terrible. Your widely published telephone number is disconnected. Emails were ignored. Messages via Stax Online CONTACT US were ignored. Messages from PayPal were ignored. My conclusion? You do not want to be contacted. You have got the money. Now you don't care. My instruction to deliver everything at once was ignored. When I did finally receive a reply it was very much in the "dog ate my homework" category. "It should be delivered to you in the next couple of days" - actually six days, and with totally conflicting tracking information from DHL. Woeful. And VERY frustrating for me. Never again Stax Online.”
