“Stax is an organisation I stumbled across by accident haviing never heard of it before. I’ve never seen it I searches for online appliances even. Having found it and seeing the prices of product I wanted it was a no brained to order the product from Stax. The delivery quoted 5-7 days from memory. The product didn’t arrive so I decided to call you up but could not find your contact details online anywhere. I checked my bank statement and found that my payment went to a companynamed something like Alohi. I looked up that name online and found a phone number. The person that answered told me to wait another couple of days. Nothing. After waiting several extra days I called again. This time the person who answered took more interest in my problem and after a short wait told me the product was moot in stock at the time I ordered. He said the order was forwarded to LG and he said it would now be another 2 weeks. In fact it was a little over 2 weeks. So. Stax doesn’t appear on an online search for appliances Your prices are great Your communication and service aren’t great! The product is as ordered and is great.”

“Happy with Westinghouse gas hot plate. BUT not happy with how it arrived, name and address was missing from box Aus Post had to use barcode to work out where to deliver box. Box was all damaged and the cast plates were sliding around box resulting in slight scratches on the stainless steel base of unit. Delivery time took over 2 weeks”

“I think these guys have got a bad rap on some comments on review sites. They were a bit slow in confirming the order and tracking info and a few follow ups from me (getting concerned about some commets that this is a scam site). Well they delivered in the end, good as described, Guy who delivered loverly and asked about all bad reviews. He said they were just struggling catching up at the moment and staff shortages etc. Give them a go. If you pay by card then you have backstop insurance. Whoever delivered, thank you”

“I was pleased with the price of the Phillips Air Dehumidifier. I hadn’t heard anything after a couple of days so I started reading some reviews and I really started to panic however I didn’t need to worry because I received an email to say my item had been shipped and I received it the following day. I am glad I didn’t see the reviews beforehand because I would have missed out an purchasing from a good company. Thank you stax online”
