“Best Price EVER! It was so easy to book and check into the hotel. Loved that snap sent me text messages so that I had all the check in info right at the palm of my hand. “I made my reservations got my confirmation with no problem. The process was smooth & easy. Got several updates leading up to my stay. Got to the hotel for check in everything was there waiting on me. Signed in got my keys and started my visit. The staff at the hotel was a great staff throught out the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for your stay also I would recommend this app because of it many features and discounts.”

“Snaptravel is the real deal. I needed a hotel for one night and the rates that I was getting was very expensive. Then I found Snaptravel. They were able to find me a nice hotel at s very reasonable price. It was very quick and easy, I showed up at the hotel within 15 minutes and my reservation was secured and paid for. This is a great site and I highly recommend it.”

“FRAUD ALERT!!!….DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! They will steal your money… once you try to book a room at a discount price and after you enter your card information they will charge your credit card…. And then you’ll receive a message stating the room rate is sold out. Good luck with contacting anyone with the company because all you can get is reboot responses.”

Hi Ross, We’re sorry that you have that perception of our service as we can assure you that we are a legitimate company. We've been featured in the New York Times, SmarterTravel, Conde Nast Traveler and dozens of other press outlets. In cases where the booking doesn't go through, no charges are made, as this is rather an authorization hold or pre-authorization, and it shows in your bank as pending. This service is offered by your card provider whereby the provider puts a hold on the amount approved by the cardholder, reducing the balance of available funds until the merchant settles the transaction. Because your desired purchase was sold out, Snaptravel has not charged you and so your card processor will release the hold placed. The estimated time for this release varies if you used a debit or credit card, and depending on the issuing bank's policy. We do have a 24/7 Support Centre with live agents.
