“I booked a hotel in anchorage via snaptravel and upon arriving there were hypodermic needles in the parkinglot. Inside the hotel there was a drunk unconscious man sleeping in the lobby covered in vomit. A woman stumbled in and slept there as well. It was a very unsafe place to say the least. Several calls with Snaptraveles customer service resulted in a few very incinsere automated emails and no refund. Ordinarily i would not ask for a refund when cancelling a booking but when they allow customers to book in an unsafe location they should own their mistake. The hotel said they would cancel our reservation free of charge so we know that snaptravel is just keeping that money for themselves. I will never book with them again.”

“Do not use snap travel. They put me in a hotel next to people isolating for covid and then refused to refund me when I cancelled, even though the hotel agreed to do so! Honestly, you only save $2 vs other reputable companies and please note, they also drip feed pricing.”
