Then my wife stumbled upon SW James whilst browsing online. They looked too good to be true (but they weren’t). A really good old-fashioned bespoke furniture company! We made contact with Warren who has taken customer relations to a level seldom met these days. Nothing too much trouble for the guy. We were too far away to have a showroom experience and thought we were being brave by ordering solely from online images.
