I ordered a dress from dress outlet and despite it being my normal size, it was about two sizes too small and the fabric was not my expectation. I would like to return it but the options are either - get store credit with a large restocking and shipping fee or store credit with a small selection of dresses that look like they are from the grandma section of the store. I will never ever purchase another item from this place again and I would never suggest it to another person.

They encouraged me to order 2 sizes then I did a d I was t able to return one of them very dussspointed in there return policies

When customers are uncertain about sizing, we sometimes recommend ordering two sizes so they can find the best fit. We did it for this brand since you can return it for a refund. That said, we’re glad to confirm you did receive a refund for the other item from your order. Our policy allows eligible items to be returned within the stated return window, while others (such as final sale or clearance pieces) are non-returnable. We do our best to make these terms clear before checkout so there are no surprises.

Thank you to Carol, she did an excellent job w/customer service. Refund received! (But, I still will not be doing any future business with this company and encourage you to think twice).

Delivery was fine. But direct contact is impossible. You continue to tell me to return dress to Dylan and David for either an exchange or credit but their email bounces!

Dress was awful. Cheaply made and poor quality. And to top it off I couldn’t return it. Read all the fine print in the return policy. I would never purchase from here again.
