The dress that I bought was too big and too long tried to return it but wasn't able to so stuck with a dress that I can't wear

Dress was fine. Sizing is off for US. Measure your body exactly. If you normally wear a 8 get a 12 and r 14. Refunds not ok. Dont recommend. A lot of money wasted. Nice people though.

I was a newbie shopper for a Mother of the Bride dress. It was my first purchase of a dress to try. I thought I would do what my friends did and try/return/exchange until I found the right one. PLEASE note this is NOT the company to do this with. PAY attention to the return policy and restocking fees. My dress was returned back on time, in perfect condition to have a gift card store credit and NOT back on my credit card. They deducted $100.00 for this. While the policy may have been clearly stated, I just would have never thought this would be the case. Buyer Beware~

Paid for express shipping and received the dress 7 days later. Didn’t get to wear my dress to daughter’s wedding cause I didn’t have enough time to have alterations made.
