The dress itself was amazing, just like the picture and even more beautiful. However, I order the dress to Canada, and I had to pay import fees almost 50% extra of the dress's original price. I was not informed of these import fees. I ordered dresses from other US based websites and I didnt pay anything extra.

The dress is beautiful but did not zip up through the chest. I purchased the size recommended by my measurements 2X.

I love the dress. It is very beautiful and the material is good quality but I don't like their return policy. They only allow return from only one of their sellers and by the time they too money for returning the item along with restocking fees you are stuck with a few dollars and have to take a store credit. So unless you are sure to like the dress don't buy it. I purchased 2 dresses and had to return one . I find out the hard way by not reading the fine print. So now I have 5 years to spend that store credit. Who said I am going to need another dress or live long to get my money back in the form of a store credit.

Dress is pretty but the cups and the chest area is for more busty women.

Straps on back buckle outward. Dress color is nice but fit on back does not work. Now note dress as final sale so I am stuck with this dress. Otherwise I would have returned and bought something else from dress outlet.

I was very disappointed when I received my wedding dress considering I was measured and ordered my dress according to the size chart. The dress came in and was way too small. My measurements were even less than what the size guide recommended. When I called to see what I could do the young girl told me I could get a store credit or another size be sent. I was in desperate need of a dress and she suggested going up 2 whole sizes even though that would have been way above my measurements. When I received the second dress it was entirely to big and I tried to see if it could be altered and was told if altered it would be extremely expensive and loose the shape of the dress. Now I have spent all this money on a dress I can’t wear and am frantically trying to g to find me an alternate dress and only have 2 weeks till my wedding .

The formal pantsuit suit I bought is beautiful.I bought something that I had to return. That is NOT a good process. They offered a pick up by FedX but neglected to say the complete cost to return. When I realized it would be half the cost of the item I wanted to hand deliver the package to FedX but I could not get out of the return process and I was forced to continue and pay the exorbitant fee. I would be hesitant to purchase again even though the product is so nice!
