“I am never ordering from this company again! In the past two months, I had to order three dresses. For the First dress, they shipped the wrong size and said that they don't have a record of me calling and changing the size. It took them a week to contact me about my second order; the dress went out of stock. The Third dress came with a pull. I am not even going to contact them again because I know what they are going to Say. The crazy thing is that I recommend them to so many of my friends. Never again!”

“The dress is beautiful. Exactly as pictured. It fit perfectly. However, it came ripped and held together by tape! I was shocked. I don’t have time to find a replacement so I had it fixed.”

“Dear Sirs, I am actually very disappointed in my dress. I ordered a size 12. It says size 12. But in actuality when I measure it it is a size 8. Now I am stuck with a dress that I can not use. In the last 3 months we have had 6 weddings and I bought 6 different dresses in size 12. They all fit me fine, I have had to take them in in some cases. I find it odd that this dress is not even close to a size 12. Very disappointed customer. I will not be using your site again. May Chamoun 2147960099”

“I ordered 2 different dresses to Australia . After 2 weeks they finally sent them. When I received the parcel I received 2 of the same dress one of which is faulty. I have emailed 6 times and no one responds to either receive the missing dress or get a refund. Never experienced such bad service!!!”
