“DW12030 Hello, I’m very mad right now I ordered a new dress but you sent me a dress someone wore it before me.There’s a bad smell in the dress, and also the end of the dress is black like someone wore it before!!!! This is the last time I will order from you. Bad experience.”

“I bought a floor length gown, as show in the pictures online and in the description. The dress I received barely hits below my knees. I am 5'4". That is not tall. Because of their policy of no returns or exchanges, I am stuck with a dress that I cannot wear.”

“One of the worst purchases I've made in my life. This website seems like a scam. They sell good quality dresses that come with flaws at a "discounted" price and don't accept returns. The dress I received was beautiful and as soon as I took it out of the box all of the beads fell off. The discount was 5%. I've received bigger discounts from newsletters on other sites. This is literally a joke and the worst experience I've had. Not even a small price to know that I'm getting the service and treatment I paid for.”

“For an over $600.00 dress with a NO return policy. Funny that mine looks like somebody already got the zipper caught in the fabric and just tore it out! I have not even tried the dress on yet because I’m just sick about it and the money I spent! Obviously somebody tried it on, ripped the hell out of it, and then was able to return it. Nice business you’re running.”

“Worse experience ever! I ordered a dress and few days later they sent me an email stating that my dress has been shipped even sent me a tracking information. Few days prior to day I needed the dress for, I tracked and it says the order has been Canceled and my dress was returned. My goodness! I called TheDressWarehouse, and all they said was that the dress was out of stock. How can the dress you already shipped and sent me the tracking number be out of stock? They never informed me any new development prior to the day I tracked the order. To make matters worse the lady that picked my call was even yelling at me, I asked to speak with the manager she said the manager would call me back. Till this moment, nobody called me. It was a terrible experience!”

“Your service is very bad When I receive my item , the dress Material Sequins falling all my skin and floor I try the call 4 times talk to your customer service, nobody can help me return and get refund, so I call my payment PayPal help me talk to New York dress warehouse, then you send me your shipping label That’s is not how you treat your clients I followed your company almost 10 years ago , but so so so many dress from you But this time is your Material quality problem, you don’t want help me I will not comment anyone , just be careful pay the payment to it . I thinking from PayPal is best choose, they will protect your money if you have any Problem with the item quality”

“photo was misleading.... the dress size was not consistent... while it fit in the breast size, the back would have fit a girl in junior high, .. nothing like the photo... told I had to pay 68 for fast shipping unable to return because item on sale, although the photo was not like the actual dress.. believe the dress was manufactured in china and did not come close to fitting... I donated it”
