“Not what I ordered, looked completely different to the original picture, mothers day hat box full of green foliage and what flowers that were in the display some of the stems had broke. Very unhappy with this bouquet and not worth the money, l won't use flower shop again”

However, there are times when certain flowers or colors are not available due to supply and stock issues. In such cases, our florists may need to substitute flowers with similar ones to ensure the same style, color scheme and value of the bouquet is maintained. We do indicate this on our website and in the order confirmation email. “Rather disappointing. I ordered the largest size bunch at £70 and the bunch of flowers I received was very small in size and makes me wonder wether I had the correct size delivered. The flowers themselves were of good quality”

“Very dissatisfied - ordered flowers on 4th for delivery on 7th (mothers birthday) only to be informed on morning of 7th (by email), which I only read on Monday evening, that they could not deliver. I’ll be going back to interflora next year.”

“Placed order in the morning, beautiful flowers delivered in the afternoon. Delivery driver made contact with receipient as place to leave flowers needed some explanation in a large block. Excellent service, very pleased.”

“The flowers didn't came..I'm well disappointed and I cannot describe in words how bad was it when I walked in my home and my whife had no flowers and I walked empty handed.. the call centre closes at 17:00 but delivery should be made by latest 18:00.. never ever again use this site and I will not recommend”
