Thank you for your review, you ordered a bracelet in the size 7.25 inches and the bracelet we sent out to you measured from end to end 7.25 inches. You also confirmed in an email that the bracelet you received measured 7.25 inches.
“I’m really undecided so far. The bracelet seems good quality, the chain and clasp is good, the ID plate is good. The engraving has faded after only two weeks and has already lost the dark filler seen on the Ty and H in the photo. Delivery was quick, transaction was easy. 3/5 for me so far.”

We're sorry to hear that the band snapped after 6 weeks. The bands are normally very robust unless caught on something or overstretched. I can see that a larger size has now been ordered, was the original band too tight? This may be the cause of the band snapping.
Thank you for your review, we're sorry to hear that you found delivery too long. We are a UK based business and your delivery address is in Ireland so delivery can take a little longer. At checkout you were given the option to select a faster delivery service which you declined.
Hi Geoff, we are sorry to hear that you ordered the wrong band by mistake. The product you clicked on and ordered was the 'Deluxe engravable silicone bracelet (outside engraving)' this states that the engraving is on the outside in the product name which is shown in bold at the very top of the screen. We also state this in the product description in bold lettering.
“While the service and quality of the stainless steel bracelet was good in the first instance I have however suffered a severe allergic reaction after a few days of wearing. unfortunately I cannot wear the bracelet again. I have contacted the company but I have never had a response which I find very disappointing.”

We are very sorry to hear you have had an allergic reaction, the majority of people are fine to wear Stainless Steel with only a small amount of the population being allergic to it. We’ve looked through our records and we can see that you sent us a message on Friday after we had closed for the weekend. We then emailed you back on the Monday after we reopened and offered to send you a silicone band free of charge that contained no metal and would have your details engraved which we have since sent out after you confirmed what size and colour you would like.

“I spent a long time adding all the right information to the front and back of the steel part. When the band arrived, it had three lines on the front, but nothing on the back. I don’t know if this is because there was not enough room, but it didn’t say that!”

Thank you for your review. We have looked into this for you and can see that the only information you entered when you placed the order online was for the front of the tag, there was no information entered to be engraved onto the back so the item you received was correct. This is also shown on your order confirmation email.

We are sorry to hear that the character limit was an issue, we have never had this problem before as the bracelet ordered can have 45 characters per line (3 lines) engraved onto it which is a total of 135 characters.
Hi James, thank you for the review. We are not sure what you mean by the label, the band you have is made fully from silicone and does not have any labels on it. The information is engraved onto white part of the silicone on the inside of the band as shown on our website so that the text can be seen well.
