“Really helpful advice which allowed me to purchase overnight nappies for my heavy wetter which don't leak (Tots Bots, a booster and a Motherease wrap). Everything has been shipped promptly and has been good quality. And there is so much choice!”

“The questionnaire and advice service were fantastic and have really got us kick started on our cloth nappy journey, prior to this I was overwhelmed by the choices available and had had lots of leaks with the nappies we had experimented with. Highly recommend the service!”

“I am expecting my first child and wished to go down the reusable nappy route to be as sustainable as possible and save money in the long term. With no idea where to start or what I would need to buy, my sister recommended I fill in the Nappy Lady questionnaire to get some tailored advice and an idea of what to buy based on my circumstances. My personalised recommendation was great and gave me a good starting point and an idea of what I would need altogether. Once I had compiled a list of what I needed to buy, I compared the prices on The Nappy Lady site with the websites for the brands themselves and found that EVERYTHING I needed to buy was cheaper on The Nappy Lady site, in some cases with the nappies themselves they were less than half the price compared with buying directly from the brand. I subsequently placed a very large order which was delivered very quickly and I am so pleased with everything I received. I can't wait for baby to arrive so I can start using the nappies!”

“This company's products are really great and the is quality fantastic. My little one was quick to point out that she prefers the new reusable nappies as they are apparently more comfortable than the disposable ones. The service end of the company is also very good (receipts where emailed and everything relating to the administration of the sale and the logistics in getting it delivered from the UK to Greece ran smoothly. The only snag was the +-25% addition EU customs tax that was charged on delivery of the package. I must have missed this having been highlighted on the company's website.”

“I did the questionnaire and was recommended the bumble nappy and mother ease wraps. We got the wraps to use with the nappies we already have and they are fabulous, no more leaks! The information and YouTube videos provided by The Nappy Lady are great, really happy with my purchase, and baby looks super cute and dry in his nappy wraps”

“The Nappy Lady is an excellent company; the service offered to assess your reusable nappy needs is invaluable (especially since it can be a bit overwhelming to navigate all the options) and the products that we bought from them (wraps, liners, and a nappy bin) are great (as are the recommended reusable nappies that were recommended). We will certainly use The Nappy Lady again when we need further reusable nappies (and related products), and would certainly recommend them.”

“I filled in the help form looking for a solution to my baby's leaky overnight nappies - I'd tried multiple disposables, sized up etc and no luck. My recommendation came back quickly, as did responses to my questions, and I purchased totsbots bamboozle and motherease wraps as suggested and there have been no leaks at all!! I honestly wish I'd switched sooner and will probably start using reusable nappies in the day too. My only regret is not using them with my first baby! The information and guidance on the website is really easy to follow as well.”
