“Bought the bed on offer, week later it did get even cheaper, the bed then took 15 working days to come. The packaging wasn’t the best as the wood had plenty space to move and rub against each other, some places with lacquer were sort off rubbed off. I don’t think that wood was dried perfectly, as the headrest wood pieces were slightly warped. The joints are my main concern, as I would have preferred sturdier system. I like the ethos of the company, just can’t see myself liking the product as much. After having the bed for more months now, I have really came to dislike it quite a lot and would next time go with different company as I probably heard less squeaking with 5 year old bed than this one. Shame, as I really wanted to like it.”

Unfortunately we were not made aware of these particular concerns until now. Our ability to offer sales coincides with our workshop capacity. It is unfortunate that when you placed your order our workshop was at maximum capacity and therefore not in a position to offer a sale price on a solid oak bed. In addition this is what led to dispatching your order a few days past our estimated dispatch time. Please note that you have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return the bed for any reason. Additionally, we would like to assure you that your bed is covered by our 12 year guarantee on the structure.
