“The bed is easy to assemble. The white stained wood is attractive. I ordered mine without a headboard. It turned out that the bed is 5 inches longer than the standard mattress. Leaving a big gap between the mattress and the wall. I've had to fill this gap so that my pillow doesn't escape me in the night. I have attempted to attach a photo but it doesn't seem to upload.”

We apologise for the sizing issue you encountered with your bed and the unintended gap it created. I've looked into your order, the frame length should only be 5cm longer than the mattress length. If this is not the case please touch base with our customer service so we can help resolve the issue.

“It’s a nice bed, feels pretty solid. However! It’s very heavy to lift the Ottoman - the gas powered lift isn’t what I was hoping it would be. I’m pretty fit and strong and can get it fine, but I don’t think my mum would manage to lift it as it’s quite low to the ground and hard to get started moving. My final gripe is that unless you guide the bed back down, it can come down squint and bash the frame… which I wasn’t expecting and now see damage to the frame already. Looks nice but functionally not great for the price.”

“Lovely Bed, Gorgeous colour wood (walnut) and a perfect height to be able to fit things underneath for storage. It's a really lovely addition to our bedroom and the delivery was fairly quick with good updates on the way. A massive downside was when the delivery arrived and I answered the door heavily pregnant the parcels were then unloaded and dumped outside my house blocking the steps to my front door. I thought he was then going to move them inside and that was just his way of getting them ready to bring inside but the driver just got back in the lorry and left. I don't know what he was expecting me to do with them at 40 weeks pregnant by myself. So I had to call my partner to leave work and come and move them inside as I obviously didn't want to leave them unattended outside so had to sit on the doorstep with them until he came home to move them upstairs. As I said the bed is fantastic but the delivery let the whole experience down.”
