“I wanted to like this company as the beds have the potential to be really nice and good quality, but unfortunately we had multiple issues. On delivery, we had a couple of pieces that had been damaged in transit. As it happened, we could position these where no one could see them, so we didn’t bother to complain. The normal beds we bought went together easily and seem good and solid. However, we bought an ottoman which had missing holes that should’ve been drilled, not enough bolts provided in the bag, and a design that led to holes between the wood and the metalwork not matching up. When we complained, the company was very responsive and sent out replacement parts, but as the holes not matching up was a design issue the new parts had the same problem. With a lot of physical force to bend the metalwork we managed to get some of the bolts through, so the bed is usable. We fed back what the problems were but I don’t believe they have properly understood (they said “I understand the ottoman can be a little tricky to put together”) so I would strongly recommend not buying the ottoman. They offered us a £50 partial refund but on a £950 bed with multiple serious issues I think £50 is an insult.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Honest feedback is always appreciated. Firstly we would like to apologise, after further inspection of the hardware we have now discovered that when it is fitted to the outer frame, it doesn't sit flat when fixing to the internal frame. We've recently made changes to our ottoman hardware which involved swapping out the lifting mechanism for a better design. The old hardware used to sit flat and we have incorrectly assumed that the new hardware does too. We're really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We're sorry to see part of your order had been damaged during transit. Had we been told about this we would have replaced any damage components as a matter of urgency and free of charge. We have tried to reach out to you by telephone and email in hope to resolve any issues for you. Your feedback has been very helpful. When you originally contacted us we didn't fully understand the issues you were experiencing and therefore haven't dealt with your complaint as effectively as you would have liked.
