“Have had about 4 orders delivered by them so far and have been very happy with my purchases so far. Themed decks came in bubble envelopes, and one of them did have a crumpled corner, but we threw them out anyway (outer packaging has to be removed basically). Bigger orders with boxes and tins (themed boxes like Meowth VMax and the Pokemon tins) came in a box with very good packaging. All in all, very happy with their service, the fact that you earn points which can be used off future purchases, and good shipping options (I've only used their free shipping so far). Cheers.”

“I rarely rate companies for taking an item off a shelf, putting it in a box, slapping a printed label on it and popping it in the post. That's not a 5-star company. That's just the minimum service I expect from anyone. I usually wait until I've had multiple orders from them or some sort of interaction with their customer service to resolve a problem. All that said, in 2020 I've had so many bad interactions with online companies that couldn't even do that I feel maybe that's worth 5-stars these days. This was my first order from Total Cards and besides simply shipping the items I ordered, there were a few pluses. Out of the three companies I ordered from on the same day, theirs was the first to arrive. It still took 4 days for "48 hour shipping", but that's just the way things are with Royal Mail these days. I like their eco-friendly packaging. I've often complained before about companies shipping a game without enough padding or no padding at all in the box so any damage during shipping is transferred to the game box itself, but also feel bad asking for more bubble-wrap or packing peanuts or other non-recyclable plastic to add to our environment. Total Cards shipped with recycled, shredded cardboard padding out the box. It does mean dusting everything off when you open it, but really happy to just close it up afterwards and put everything into the recycling bin. And finally, their price for accessories was below what other sites were charging for the same items. It's why I deviated from the usual sites I buy from and gave them a shot. As I said, this was my first order and I had no interaction with their customer service but I've added them to the collection of websites I open when ordering games and accessories so hope to have plenty more orders from them in the future.”

“Ordered 2 items, one was a large bundle and the other was a premium box. The Premium box was delayed, and then delayed again. Had a chat about sending the in stock item and offering to pay extra postage only to be messaged back that they will post it at no cost! Means my 11 year old will have a big chunk of his christmas present. The only place I buy Pokemon cards from now.”
