“My go to place for Yugioh cards. My only pet peeve is I wish the order emails stated preorder dates on them but that can easily be fixed.”

“This is the first time I have orderd from total cards and I'm glad I did my order was cheaper than any other store believe me I looked around to try get it cheaper. I was also surprised at the speed of the shipping of my order I will definitely be using total cards again to help me with my collection of Pokémon cards in the future. “Reliable and friendly - I first heard about total cards on a streaming platform. The host was very friendly and I discovered they were local. Orders arrived from the stream in a timely fashion and very well packaged. I also picked an item up in store and the team had it ready to grab very quickly. “The gentleman serving on the day we went to Total Cards was extremely helpful and polite. I had no idea what cards were what for my daughter’s birthday he was extremely patient in explaining things to me and helping me get the right playing cards for her. I can see it was swiftly picked, packed, and dispatched on the 20th, but unfortunately, Royal Mail didn’t deliver on Sunday as expected, and it was delivered on Monday instead. While courier delays are beyond our control, we would recommend sharing your feedback with Royal Mail directly, as they often take customer feedback seriously. “This item arrived no problem at all and really look forward to getting it open, however my other pre order is a different story, there is a commander deck and 2 bundles both bundles have turned up but I’ve told the commander deck is out of stock even although it was ordered the 24th of August. Not hearing anything about it till this item was dispatched was not good communication. Hopefully the commander deck arrives before official release on Friday even although this was pre ordered a month ago or what was the point in pre ordering, if you don’t have the allocation don’t advertise it as “pre order in stock””
