“Arrived quickly. Daughter who is 32 requested this pokemon as a joint Xmas pressy with her husband. She sent me the link stating it is a genuine company and can be trusted. So it is waiting to be wrapped up for them. I know she is excited as she has always wanted the figurine for Charizard.”

We’re sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet, as we understand how frustrating it is to wait, especially once it’s been marked as shipped. After checking the tracking details, I can see that your order was sent as a Letter, and unfortunately, Royal Mail does not prioritise letters, especially during busier times of the year 😭. Your order left our warehouse on Saturday, and although Royal Mail usually delivers within 2-3 working days, unforeseen delays can sometimes occur. We’re optimistic that it should arrive today, and once it does, we hope you’ll be pleased with your purchase.
