“Product was delayed quite heavily due to bandai pushing release back a week and suppliers taking a few days to get product out but team was very communitive on the issues when asked”

“The packaging was not ideal as bits of dust and paper had made their way into the cracks of the box and it took some time to clean, the stitching on these boxes are bad in a few places. I've bought the same make elsewhere and it didn't have this issue.”
