“Having used Total cards for nearly three years this was the worst experience and that's over the courier having lost a parcel It took weeks for anything to show up and my total order wasn't fulfilled so I had to cancel it and use another provider It's also spilled over to my current order so unfortunately I'll probably find another provider for future purchases, because what's the point of a pre order when you get it five weeks later”

“This is my first time using Total Cards and I am very impressed with my experience. The website with easy to use with a variety of payment options but the best part of the purchase was recieving a personalised email from a friendly member of staff advising that there was a very slight defect with the item, complete with a picture, and asking if I would like to proceed with the purchase. The defect was extremely slight and I have recieved many items from other suppliers with much worse problems and no notification. Suffice to say I was happy to proceed but happy to be informed. Even with this communication the item arrived very quickly and well packaged. Considering the ease of purchase, great shopping experience and discounted price, I will be looking to buy from Total Cards again.”

“I'm new to D&D and was looking for a miniture for my character (half elf). My friends are long time players and gave me a few websites. All were so expensive for me as a new player so I searched Google and found Total Cards. The price difference was fantastic! I found what I wanted for a fraction of the price. How shocked was I when 2 little miniatures came in the post! I have recommended Total Cards to my team mates. The miniatures are excellent quality and don't break the bank!”
