“The package arrived smoothly, albeit got delayed by the christmas traffic a bit. The package was sturdy and well packed once again, with no fear for the contents inside. The customer service was ready to help when I felt anxious for my package during the delivery and were very patient and understanding. Will continue to order from Total Cards in the future, just need to be even more mindful of the christmas season next time.”

“Third order placed with total cards - first time pre-ordering. I made a mistake upon ordering but a quick email to say I would like a refund and Matty sent a message back to say this was not a problem. Refund was also received in the time frame given. Preorder arrived the day after release. This type of service cannot be faulted - particularly in unprecedented times such of these. Many thanks to the team at total cards. (and DPD)”

“100047790 Cards arrived quickly and well packed only issue was that someone did not read the list correctly and sent a wrong number card. This has been reported to total cards and they will amend this accordingly as they always do.”
