“Always work their hardest to get products out to their customers, even when facing challenges from the Pokemon Company International or the distributors to the UK, making up for the lack of customer care from these companies. Have used for years to collect my sealed PTCG collection and never had an issue they couldn't resolve, and Total Cards were never the cause of the issues I have encountered due to poor distributors etc.”

“I’ve only recently rekindled my interest in collecting Pokémon cards. I’ve also never really visited a specialist trading card store so, I was unsure expect in terms of the products and services that would be on offer. It was to my good fortune that I was served by Chris. He took the trouble to spend a significant amount of time helping me with my search for some quite niche and low value cards and helped me with queries about the different products and services provided by Totalcards. I was grateful to leave with more than I had in mind after Chris had signposted me to some booster pack sets and elite trainer boxes that could have been useful in my search for specific card variations. In the end it made for a really pleasant experience and the customer service was so far beyond what I could have expected. I'd like to pass on my thanks to Chris and Totalcards and express my gratitude for all the help, I will definitely be visiting again in future.”
