“I could not have been happier with the way Total Cards dealt with my order. The cards, case and sleeves I purchased were a great price and came in a well packaged box. What really made this purchase such a good experience was the contact I had with Total Cards was great as well. I was hoping to get my cards ready for the release weekend of Commander Legends for a sealed event, but when it looked like they might not arrive I got in touch to check. I received a lovely email from them on the Monday after telling me that there had been an issue with them being unable to print the postage labels due to Royal Mail experiencing some technical difficulties. At a time like this, I didn't mind about getting my order a little later, it was just so great to get a response and reassurance. They said they were hoping to get my order dispatched that day (Monday) and they did. I got my sealed event in in the end after all and felt very satisfied with the exceptional service Total Cards provided. Brilliant stuff!”

“Delay on delivery and despite supposedly being 24 hours tracked it was sent 48 hours (which after already being delayed seemed a bit rude). Other than that all good!”

“Like I said in the live chat, I would give a good review once I would get my order(s) and oh boy, they didn't disappoint. The package was perfect, boxes came just fine. The free trial deck choice for the promotion was unexpected and caught me off guard since it's my favorite character from the show (Ren Suzugamori). Contacted them by live chat last week to ensure everything was okay beforehand. Got a quick reply both times. That feature is also very good. DPD also did a fantastic job and delivered on time. Overall, a solid 5/5. Thank you!”
