Hi YEHONATAN, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re truly sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet. We understand how frustrating this can be and we appreciate your patience during this time. I have looked into this and can see that this was shipped using a none tracked letter, these usually do arrive within 2 weeks of this being shipped for international orders but can take up to 30 working days (this is what the couriers set out for this), if you contact our support team on Support@totalcards.net they will be able to look into this a little more.
