“No instructions on the container. No instructions at the website. No instruction videos on youtube. Almost ruined my kitchen table because it remained a gooey mess and wouldn't peel the foil off the roll. Tried the hot iron at over 330 degreeF and let it site overnight. Never would peel the foil off. It was horrible. Can't contact customer support. Phone message says short staff and to text. Tried texting 3 times and emailing 3 times and no one ever got back to me. I need a refund. Had to file a complaint with paypal to see about getting my money back.”

“AMAZING PEOPLE! I originally came to Total Ink in a jam and they had special ordered a Vastex Dryer within seconds and I had it the next 3 days. Since then being a 2o minute ride away I have come to the shop many times. Everyone is so nice and friendly and always willing to take you on a tour! I love this place but it gets better. There products are off the chart amazing quality inks at amazing prices.”

“This place is amazing. I HAD a go to supplier but they fell off the face of the earth... total ink solutions are amazing when you have a silly question or unsure of something. They all are very knowledgeable. Their opaque inks are truly opaque inks!!! Their emulsion is also very easy to use. And to top it off, their shipping is promt.... I couldn't be any happier to be using them for my screen supplies.”

“The puff additive I ordered bearly added any puff to the inks. Even when mixed at 50 percent not sure if its the batch or what but we have not gotten the results we have gotten in the past from Union or ICC. It was quick and the sales rep Alex I think it was helped alot making sure the stock was avalible. We can puff some more ink and send pictures if needed thanks.”

“I'm am a satisfied customer and will continue ordering supplies from total ink solutions. They have a great selection of ink and equipment but the customer service is fantastic and keeps me coming back. I had made a mistake with one of my jobs and the owner sent me some free ink to help me out and I really was impressed by that plus he gave me some good advice. The only thing that has happened was a couple of my inks came broken but I can only blame the shipping for that since it came from east coast all the way to California. “Actually, incredibly impressed. Excellent quality inks. Our shop is a second generation owned shop. (hands on owner). We recently began searching for younger more modern suppliers with good working knowledge of technology. (to make our lives easier) but, we did not want to sacrifice the quality of the inks that we have used for decades. At first we skeptically ordered several cute little quarts and then tried this ink side by side with some of the big names of our industry. THESE were better?! WT? Creamy, ease of use. Excellent, smooth coverage. The big test will be...WHITE we need great coverage and preferably just print/flash/print rather than having to hit that dumb white a 3rd or 4th time for a clean print on darks! Based on the performance of the multiple colors we have tried so far we just ordered a 5 Gallon bucket of 5 Star bright White. Fingers crossed. In addition to excellent products, the customer service at Total Ink Solutions is phenomenal. No pesky phone calls just email follow-ups. They knew when we ordered our first testers AND they also acknowledged when we came back. Impressive.”
