Years ago, I bought a small sprayout booth from Total Ink Solutions after I needed to move my shop from a commercial building into my basement. A few months ago, when my ink and chemical supplier of many years was out of a few items I needed quickly, I looked around on the Total Ink Solutions website, and saw that they had what I needed, and decided to try their inks and a new emulsion. All good! More recently, one of my bigger customers decided to put T-shirts in many of their properties, each one with marketing materials that use particular PMS colors -- and so, it was time to try PMS color matching with Total Ink Solutions. FIVE colors purchased -- ALL PERFECT! My customer was happy and has since placed more orders. As the printer, I was impressed with the consistency of the inks and that I didn't need to use curable reducer -- the consistency was perfect right out of the can. In the past year, my "side" business has grown to practically full-time, and I now use Total Ink Solutions as my main provider of inks, screens, chemicals, film, and supplies. I am located in the northeast (New York State), and shipping is fast.

The price was better than most places I had looked. Shipping was reasonable, and shipped fast. Issue came with trying to contact someone about an issue I was having with the film. I never did receive a reply. I'd say work on customer service, and you'd be my new go-to.

Totally Ink Solutions staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable in this industry. From heat transfer vinyl to stickers to screen printing this is the place you need to stop and check out

(TL/DR at the bottom.) Their ink may be decent, but so far the customer service experience has been poor. I ordered two of the day-glo inks. The inks I received looked different than the order I expected so I called to get clarification if I ordered the wrong one (completely possible) or if I was sent the wrong one (also possible). I asked them if I had ordered the wrong one or if I was sent the wrong one and he interrupted me mid-sentence to say, "Just email a picture to ink@totalink.[whatever]." I asked if I could just tell him the product number on the container and he could tell me if that matches the order. Again, mid-sentence was interrupted with "ok fine, what's the number?" We came to the understanding that it was the wrong ink and he said, "I'll send you another one." I asked for a confirmation email and his respond was, "I'm the VP. If I say I'll send it, I'll send it." Not happy with that answer, I insisted he send some sort of confirmation because I have already paid for the ink and he has not shipped it. At this point in the transaction, my money has been stolen and I haven't received the products we agreed on. He asked what my email was and I provided it. The next morning (now Wednesday) I still hadn't received an email confirmation so I reached out again. His response was a photo of his computer screen from UPS noting the label was created and one line that said, "Here you go my man thank you fir shopping with us look forward to gaining all your business." The tracking number provided on Wednesday morning was for UPS Ground, with an expected delivery date of Monday the following week. Due to a picking error on their part -- and a rude/dismissive VP -- my customer and my business was negatively impacted. Yet, he wants to "gain all my business"? I asked about the slower fulfillment method with UPS Ground and he has not replied. TL/DR: They shipped the wrong ink. The VP was rude and dismissive. The day the said they would fix it, they didn't. Their way to fix the problem was the cheapest solution possible. Then he had the audacity to say he wants all our business in a rushed email full of typos.

I have become so unhappy with the ordering/supply department that I purchase my DTG from. I wasn't receiving my supplie order on time and than to have them delivery me the wrong Ink order. Totally unacceptable. Their Tech Support is of the change. So, I went searching for a company on the East Coast and I found Total Ink Solutions which is AWESOME! They came through for me when i was needing a Cleaning cartridge for my Ricoh 1000 and they have the Ricoh 1000 Ink and other supplies that I need for my printer. From this point on I will be using Total Ink Solutions. AWESOME, CARING, FAST DELIVERY, OUTSTANDING.
