“they have bulk vinyl which i like but having to spend over 200$ to get free shipping is a downfall, also i paid 24$ for faster shipping and it still took over a week to get”

I am showing you order placed with only ups ground. Unfortunately we ship from the east coast and your order had to cross the country so usually coast to coast is 5 days via ground. We do offer expedited rates though.

“shipping costs are really high the item i needed didnt come with all of the required parts to make it function the customer service let me know that i needed to order another part and that it couldnt be added to my current order because it had already shipped so i made another order and paid shipping again and what do you know when my items arrived they were all in the same box!! hope the extra shipping charge was worth losing a customer”

Your orders were drop shipped from Vastex, When placed the original order via po as we always do as soon as we receive a customers order, when you had called the previous order was already in process. We were unaware that they shipped them together and will be glad to refund you the cost of shipping on that second order. “Absolutely love Total Ink!! Their All Purpose Plastisol inks are the only inks we use in our shop. Hands down the best. To top it off their customer service is outstanding! Would recommend 100x over.”
