“Have sent 3 emails and msg on facebook about my last order recieved after i was sent incorrect trims and some damaged ones nobody has got back to me! I wonder if someone will read this and come back to me! Not good at all!”

“Amazing customer service. Slight glitch on the website with delivery options - kept reverting to collection only - thought I'd managed to bypass it and arrange delivery. Had an email from the company the next day as they noticed the order was down for collection and they'd noticed my address was a long away so wanted to double check. Delivery arranged and immediately sent out, received next working day. Could not fault them. Would highly recommend just for the attention to detail and the customer service. Thank you.”

“Bought a grabbo in the sale says comes with 2 batteries only one battery arrived and spare seal missing aswell emailed numerous times still no reply dont think ill be using this company again as a little communication goes a long way”

“You took my order, confined my shipping and despatch details in an email. Three days later I get an email asking if I am collecting my order. I ask for it to be delivered and I am quoted £21 which is really high for postage. I have cancelled my order.”

“Not great website stock was not updated and was not in stock after payment, was offered alternatives but after communicating the alternatives were also out of stock even after being offered, got a full refund but not offered any form of goodwill.”
