“First class service, arrived very promptly after easy ordering online, I had a query as to depth of tile trim required for the depth of tile I have but this was easily resolved with a quick phone call. Unfortunately the delivery driver managed to destroy the trim ordered in a few seconds whilst trying to haul it from underneath a pile of stuff despite my protestations as to how fragile the article was and great it was not designed to bend in any way. But Trimline we’re very sorry and sent a new one out right away”

“The products I ordered were at a very competitive price. The delivery came on the day I expected it to. The only issue I have was that the address label on the package was wrong, but correct on the attached shipping note. Fortunately, it was delivered to my neighbour.”

“Poor. I paid for a Saturday morning delivery & my tiler was here ready to work once the delivery had arrived. It didn't arrive until Monday with no apology or explanation. I had to pay for my tiler for half a day to sit there & do nothing. He will not be able to complete the work for another 9 days now due to other work commitments. A shambles & very disappointing as our toilet downstairs remains out of action.”
