“This may be legitimately the worst company I've ever dealt with. First thing first when I receive the shoes the quality wasn't good but more importantly they didn't fit so I tried to return them. After waiting for their incredibly slow email response, their staff told me I would have to exchange the pair because they couldn't send me a new size to see if it fit better, and once I exchanged it once I'd have to pay a fee for anything after that. When I went to return them the drop-down menu offered women's sizes instead of men's which I didn't notice at first and had already hit the button, but immediately contacted their support, like 30 seconds later. They tell me they're unable to fix this on their end which is the response you will get a lot from this company. They have no control over everything and they have no idea how their business runs absolute morons finally after weeks of arguing with them they say they can send out another pair. We are now a month and a half into this process and they send the women's size I tell them they sent the wrong size they say I'll have to go through the return process. The return process doesn't recognize my order number and my email because nothing with this company works and they tell me that because it's a second exchange they will charge me an exchange fee as is their policy even though it was their fault and they sent the wrong ones, they recognize it was their fault, but still refused to not charge me the money. 2 MONTHS this has taken. I'm now contesting this with PayPal this company is absolutely infuriating disorganized and greedy. I urge you to not try to deal with them at all. If you don't believe me, read all these other reviews they all say the same thing. I should've listened to them too”

“I didn't try them yet but the pants looks quite good although I'm very disappointed by the color. It is a greyish black and does not match at all with the pure black of the NS60 Layer. I bought the pants to make a suit pair. By seeing at the pictures in your website is seems like a real black but in fact it is not.. You should explain that more clearly”

“Not a massive fan of the backpacks, shoes are good and comfy. They market the shell bag as weatherproof (it’s definitely not even light rain proof), multiple trips in very light rain, the inside of the bag is damp, as well as my belongings. It does dry quickly. The shell backpack ergonomically is also poor. I travel a lot and it is quite uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time, unlike other bags I’ve had, it feels like the shoulder straps are never in the best place. It would also benefit from another pocket or compartment on the inside. I like how the bag can be expanded, the bag actually fits in a lot of stuff. The additional pouch for shoes and fit lock accessories are a great addition to the bag. The pocket at the top of the bag is good, but be careful with what you put in it if it’s raining.”
