“The rollerbag is actually really small, it doesn't have alot of internal space and definitely cannot get to the capacity they are marketing. Comparing it to my normal carry on bag which is from briggs and riley, i can carry more than double the amount that this bag can fit. They also dint have any internal compressing tools that most carry ons have these days. Im a big fan of this company in general but was really disappointed with this rollerbag. additionally the zippers are awful. They are hard to pull and dont zip easily even if the bag isnt full.”

“Total scam! The shoes are poor quality—the knots fell apart in the first week, and the laces were also damaged. I’ve sent over 15 emails, and for more than a year, they’ve been promising to send replacement knots and laces "this week." I strongly advise against buying anything from this store!”
