“Shell is a nice backpack but there are a few things that disappointed me and prevented me from repurchasing it. 1) It's heavy. And if you put a wardrobe inside it becomes super heavy. So in the end I rarely used it with a wardrobe. 2) If you are using a wardrobe, then you have little space left for other stuff + sometimes it's really hard to close a backpack with not even a full wardrobe inside. 3) And the most disappointing part - warranty and support. After 2 years of using it - it was impossible to attach accessories outside since the magnetic locks broke down (it happened for me and my friend with Shell too) and support told that it was not a warranty case. For this price, I expected more.”

“Servizio clienti molto gentile e disponibile. La scarpa la conoscevo già perché acquistata 2 anni fa, lho ricomprata perché la uso spessissimo. Questo modello è leggermente diverso e la parte sul tallone risulta un po' più aderente e quindi un pochino scomoda (spero che col tempo si ammorbidirà), anche i lacci sono più lunghi e ho dovuto girarli più volte intorno agli occhielli altrimenti cadevano per terra. Nel complesso sono soddisfatta.”

“Appalling customer service. Bag arrived famed with box ripped open. Had pics as delivered. Took weeks and 25+ emails with customer service to get a return and partial refund. They won’t refund the full amount because they need to cover their costs apparently - even though they could claim back from the delivery company They only reply to positive reviews and won’t let me know how to complain or escalate the issue. Won’t order again after this experience- but the bag actually looked cheap and nasty and was completely overpriced so may well be a lucky escape, despite the cost!!”
