“I like the layout of the bag but God is it uncomfortable to wear. I contacted tropicfeel to request a refund however they do not accept returns if you have worn the bag or de-tagged it. This is absolutely ridiculous because how are you supposed to know if you like the bag? Overall I have had a terrible experience and won't be using this brand eve again. Be cautious before buy as it's alot of money to lose!”

“I’ve been using it for 5 months now. Is a very good backpack, the only thing that I don’t like about it and for that I give it 4 stars is the laptop place. If you put the laptop on the front it makes very difficult to close the backpack, because you cannot bend it and this makes that your laptop will be having the pressure of the things inside. It will be better if the laptop could be kept on the back like the Nest one.”

“Hi Topic Feel, have received the sneakers and was happy to start wearing it. However, the plastic tip at the end of the shoe lace for one side of the sneaker came off easily when I tried adjusting the lace and it was almost impossible to put back the plastic tip onto the lace. After that, the circular rubber stopper dropped off when I was walking around with the sneakers on. Is it alright that you courier a new gray-colour lace to my home address again at : 75, Jurong West Central 3, #15-24, The Centris, Singapore 648337, attention to : Sean Wong, mobile no.
