“I really wanted to love these pants, but I just couldn't. The material feels really great, however, where the zip-off rubs it was super uncomfortable, even just for trying on. It was also really tight around my thigh so while the fabric was stretchy, the zipper was not. The pants also fit short! I'm only 5'4 (162cm) so that has never been an issue before. My phone also didn't fit in the front pocket when I sat down and there was only one back pocket (with the packing carabiner directly in the center). The waist felt slightly large when standing, but when I sat, the whole pack of the pants was no longer touching my back (like jeans do). I would consider buying them again if some of these flaw were fixed.”

“My hive backpack came covered in mold on the netting on the inside. I have a severe mold allergy and contacted the company because I also have a trip coming up that I bought this for and the only solution they gave me was a normal exchange with the 4-6 day turnaround time after they receive the item which is not helpful. Especially considering how severe a mold issue is. This is a quality and safety concern that I now have to deal with 7 days before my trip. Hope this helps someone else if they are struggling to decide if they want to spend $300 on a back pack.”
