“Shipping cost should be waived!”

“After many emails and attempts to get a hold of them through Instagram, I've heard nothing back after two weak email excuses. I purchased both the Shell Bag and a pair of Jungle shoes back in the very beginning of April . I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I only received one email with a response saying I would get my stuff shipped mid-July back in early July. Well, It's July 29 and I have nothing to show for. I did receive a secondary email after that requesting a customer service review for the person that responded. I know it wasn't that person's fault, so I gave her a good review. Otherwise, I've been trying to get a hold of them the past couple of days to no avail. I have chatted with other customers and tried to find some semblance of hope that perhaps some of these things were actually being delivered. It seems like a mixed bag. They absolutely play their marketing role correctly to maximize the attractive message they sell; I just wish they acted as kind as the message they convey. I sincerely wanted this bag and wanted to keep supporting this company. At this point, I don't have the confidence to recommend this to anyone. What a disappointing experience as a customer and the way I'm being treated as a person. Ignoring your customers is not the best way to win their confidence and loyalty. I wish I would have been one of the happy customers with a great review, but that time has long passed. I just feel cheated and scammed now. I'm not saying that's what they're trying to do, but that's what they have achieved to make me perceive.”

“My pair of Jungle Pine Green arrived promptly as promised and looked great as advertised! Unfortunately, it was a size too small, and though I had on the same day sent an exchange request, I was saddened to know it'll take a while before my request gets processed. Quite disappointed I am not able to wear and flaunt it much as I wished to.”

“If you make a mistake upon delivery, it's not ok to let your clients wait for another three months for the exchange. Especially when this was ordered and paid for in February already”

“I made the order, they got my size wrong before it was even shipped, and couldn't modify the order to correct the size, so I contacted customer service, they responded 3 days later which was too late because the shoes have already arrived and I already shipped them back for return, I didn't even get the full refund and had to order the correct pair (which were a disappointment) and pay for the fast shipping again.”

“Placed an order back in February. Received a Confirmation but no further update for 5 months. Chased my order at the beginning of July, as they were estimated for June/July dispatch, and they then arrived a few days later. I am a cynic, but this seems very coincidental!!”
