“The insole came out the first time I took off the shoe. Every time I wear them back I have to stick it back”

“These shoes are made of very poor materials that break down too easily. Both shoes had the heel wear down with large holes in the padding of the heel. Also, the elastic material on the top of the heel broke down too fast. Within 6 months these shoes were defective. I reached out to have the shoes replaced as per the warranty since the material was defective but was told my request was denied. I would expect that after spending such a large amount of money for these shoes the customer service would be better and more attentive. I strongly encourage you to buy elsewhere as these shoes will not last.”
