“I really like how light and comfortable they are and a special bonus for having Eixample's map in the soles. However, I cannot give 5 stars since I think the quality can be better. My first time using them was on a trip to the Galapagos and after day one they already had somehow ripped on the front part after a walk. Also after taking them into the ocean the letters of the insole come off (no big issue there)”

“These shoes are actually too big for me - I should have ordered a EU 41. How much would a return cost? I had to pay import duties of $30 for Canada so am hesitant to re-order the shoes again, too. Please describe the return/refund process so I can decide what I want to do.”

“Poor customer service. I ordered a pair on April 9, 2022 at 11:41with express delivery for our holiday on 28 April. The tracking link they gave says it's been in Frankfurt since since 14 April 2022 (date today 23 April). I’ve messaged both their email and messenger accounts and am still waiting for a more accurate response of when they will arrive rather than ‘they will be with me soon. I also posted the question on their FB page but it's been removed.”
