“I was initially very happy with my shoes, light, comfortable, great colour BUT After 9 months the mesh fabric has holes above my toes. I messaged customer support with photos of the issue and my original order details and received a response the next day asking me to process a refund request - so far so good. It took them a month to respond to the refund request, only to tell me the shoes were outside the 6 month warranty (a reply which could easily have been sent to my original email without wasting time and energy on a frustratingly slow system). I have been offered 20% discount towards a new pair of shoes but do not want to spend further money on a product with such poor durability. Tropicfeel this is not a sustainable product.”
