“How can I review an item that I haven't received yet. I have been trying to get a response from your end on where my package is. I ordered it on May 31 and got 4 day shipping. Today is June 11...still no package. I am concerned it is lost. You guys need a customer service number to call.”

“Great adventure shoes :) I bought a pair for myself and my partner before a vacation to Sardinia. The vacation was excellent and the shoes honestly helped us have a fantastic time. Specifically, we took a kayak from beach to beach and were wearing our tropic feel shoes on the kayak which helped protect our feet when getting off the kayak to stand on sharp underwater rocks. The only downside for my pair was that on the right shoe, one of the lace stoppers popped off, when I tried them on for the first time. I think an improvement can be made there, cos now I have 3 of 4 lace stoppers, and often need to re-adjust the fourth one which is annoying. Oh, and I bought a pair of the flip flops, which stayed at home because I did not find them comfortable between the toes, unfortunately :(”

“Nest backpack arrived damaged and defective. For this product being a preorder, this should not have happened. Product should have been inspected prior to shipment which is evident a quality check was skipped. Due to this being a quality issue, customer service did not charge for shipping, however I did have to return the defective bag prior to receiving a new bag. Overall this experience has turned out to be a bigger hassle and now I am hesitant to purchase and especially preorder from Tropicfeel again. For the price I could have gotten a quality bag from TOM BIHN or Aer but I decided to take the risk on Tropicfeel and I can guarantee I will not be doing it again. Once I receive my replacement bag, we will see if the quality of this material will be durable. I was very disappointed with the material quality. Hopefully the replacement product will be of better quality. Customer support is not helpful and takes a long time to reply, if they do reply and do not offer sufficient resolutions. This company should work on producing quality products and not cheap Chinese bags. A lot of thought went into this design and in my experience it seems like this company has out sourced the manufacturing to China and it is apparent in the quality. Think before you decide to invest in this bag because the quality is questionable.”
