“Fabric samples arrived arrived quickly. However I ordered a couple of metres of one and was informed that the item wasn't in stock. It would be better before I ordered and paid for samples to have known the situation beforehand. It wasted a week of my time and cost me postage for the samples. Communication is key. I'm sure the fabric would have been great!”

Dear Sarah, At the time of sample purchase the material was in stock which is why you have received a sample - we do not send samples of materials we do not have in stock. As for the full meters, it is very hard to keep 100% accurate stocks when working with fabrics and sometimes we run out of fabrics while doing the orders due to damages in the fabric, larger quantities than ordered being cut and sent etc; but we always try to email our customers right away informing about this, which what we have done to you as well. We issued a refund as soon as we received your reply. We are happy to let you know when the fabric will be back in stock if you still wish to receive it.😊 We apologize that the ordered fabric was out of stock and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. “I wanted to make awning sides for my campervans wind out awning and found this company on FB. Having ordered and received samples I went ahead and ordered different materials for different purposes. The delivery was quick and timely and the quality is excellent. My friend has sewn the seams and pockets on the both types of material and said it was great to work with. The variety of material, weights and good quality means I am finding projects to do just to order more!!”
