Hi Steven, I'm sorry to see this. This is genuinely the first time I can recall this fabric not being waterproof? Did the water soak through to the cushions, or just into the face fabric? As there is a layer of polyurethane on the reverse which should stop any water soaking through. As I say, this is an extremely rare occurance. We've sold 10,000s of metres of this fabric without complaint about it's waterproof qualities - so I have to assume that this is a production fault on this batch of fabric. Please kindly get in touch with us and we will resolve the matter right away.
