Hi Surendra, I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this issue caused. As we explained over email, the fabric roll we received from the supplier was a different shade than usual. This shade difference was missed by the person packing your order, for which we apologise. Like most fabric companies, we cannot guarantee exact shade matches between different rolls of fabric, due to the possibility of slight variations in tone during the dying process. However, in your case, the fabric shade was very different to what we would expect; which is why we believe it was an error on our supplier's part, and we offered to refund you for the incorrect material.
