Hi Linda, Again, please accept our apologies that you the fabric you received was not what you expected. Unfortunately, we mistakenly sent you the purple sample instead of the lavender, so when you ordered the lavender satin, it was not what you expected. We swiftly processed a full refund for both the fabric and the sample order, because this was our error. Review invitations are automatically sent to all of our customers, unless a customer asks to be removed from the mailing list. We do not try to manipulate reviews by removing customers from the invite list who have had a negative experience. Again, please accept our apologies for any inconveince this has caused you.
