“All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only problem was, my early morning appointment got changed to a late afternoon appointment at short notice resulting in me losing mine and my husband's train tickets that I'd booked and a wasted hotel booking for the night before. This was not down to the dr. And staff at Newcastle but from head office.”

“I was made very welcome. Everyone was very friendly from the receptionist to the doctor. I was informed at every step what was going on and gven choices for my procedure. Amazing place.”

“I was welcomed promptly and courteously by the receptionist and nurse. I was put at ease by the nurse and doctor. Examination seemed thorough and it was explained to me clearly.”

“Professional approach to my visit. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Consultants examined my legs in a clean sterile enviroment explained the treatments and given reading information but sent away to think about things. No pushy sales talk. Will be going back for treatment soon.”

“Friendly professional staff from Reception through to the staff carrying out the procedure. Cant tell results yet as only just taken off compression stockings and need to let legs heal.”
