“Veincentre was clearly signed and parking very convenient. The practice was pleasant and comfortable and all the staff very welcoming. The consultation was very professional and i was given all variations in available treatments- what! they entailed, aftercare and recuperation. Im so pleased to have chosen your company and have confidently booked my first procedure for June.”

“This was an appointment for an assessment / examination. It was very easy to book, and at the appointment the receptionist, nurse and consultant vascular surgeon (Mr Marcus Brooks) were friendly and efficient. Mr Brooks very clearly explained things during the duplex scan examination and gave a very clear explanation about the choices of treatment, and helpfully suggested what he felt was the best way to proceed. I felt very reassured during and following the appointment because the team were so professional and friendly, and because I have had explained a clearly worked out plan.”

“My overall first impression with Veincentre was very positive. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Doctor Mathias and the nurse made me feel at ease, explained everything before my consultation and then discussed what would be my next treatment. All my questions were answered. I am definitely coming back for treatment with Dr. Mathias .”

“I was welcomed into a clean and well decorated reception, greeted promptly and seated. I had a short wait before being called through to meet the Dr’s. Dr Drury was fantastic. He made everything so easy to understand and took the time to answer all my questions. I was nervous that I may get the same information I was given by a consultant at Nuffield. I was given information and more information so I could understand fully the benefits of the recommended treatment. I never felt stupid or inconvenient which I’m sorry to say happened at a rival clinic. Thank you!”

“Everyone made me feel so very much at home, they were all great and Mr Raj Nair was lovely. He explained, step by step, everything to me and helped me realise my veins were not so bad at all. I am reading thru all the information I was given and, as it's mainly cosmetic, shall wait and see how I feel about my legs in the few months that follow. Thanks again to you all at the vein centre and to the nice Lady who made me tea and to the kind nurse who told me what to do. A special big thank you to Mr Raj Nair, he was great.”
