“Fantastic service from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by the receptionist who checked me in and was offered a tea or a coffee. My consultant was running a little behind but that was not a problem at all. I was called in by the nurse who was lovely and I met my consultant Mr Ahmed El-Basty, I felt at ease straight away and I found him very easy to talk to and he explained what was going to happen and then he went through his findings with me.”

“Absolutely brilliant service from the moment I booked consultation to the day of the procedure, Made me feel really comfortable explaining everything day 6 now still a little tender but that’s to be expected thanks once again Anna and the nurse hopefully see an improvement and less pain in the hear future.👍 Paddy”

“Having discovered that the NHS provides very limited (if any) treatment for varicose veins, I was a bit hesitant to choose a private provider. I need not have been because the Veincentre in Newcastle could not have been any more professional, efficient or friendly. The booking process was straightforward and the information they requested thorough. The trip to the centre along with parking was very convenient. Dr Regi was excellent. He scanned my leg and explained the process and issues associated with possible treatments in a clear and knowledgeable way. It could not have been better and I would thoroughly recommend this centre.”

“Before i arrived was apprehensive..need not have worried...very relaxed atmosphere....and feedback relating to my leg was fully explained.. by the Dortor....honestly wish I'd come for treatment sooner”

“We arrived late but everyone was understanding about it. There was a relaxed happy atmosphere. The coffee was good and brought a sense of normality. The consultant explained everything clearly and there was no undue pressure to have any treatment . I felt I was in safe hands and decided to go ahead with treatment.”

“I felt completely at ease as soon as i walked into the reception, the lady was very friendly and helped me fill in the questionnaire and sat with me. The lady her name was maybe Jane... then made me and my mum a coffee and was talking to us. I went into see Dr Duncan and he was just as lovely and asked me questions to find out about me. He explained the procedure in detail and reassured me that i had made the right decision to have my legs done and there was nothing to worry about, so i have booked to have the procedure done.”

“The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. She could not have been nicer. The nurse was as equally pleasant, particularly when I explained that, although I was not worried in any way, I always seem to become nervous when things are not under my control. She very quickly put me at my ease. The doctor, too, as well as being polite welcoming and reassuring, explained the procedure and treatment clearly and concisely. All in all, a very satisfactory episode.”

“My experience with Veincentre have been very very good... From the friendly and welcoming receptionist... Was met,and well recieved too by the nurse and Consultant. Despite the nature of issues, felt at ease!! Since... had 1st treatment very recently, all was very doable, instantly so happy with results...even at this stage!!!”

“I was impressed by all the people I met during my first appt at Veincentre. At all times I was treated with courtesy, professionalism and friendliness. All procedures were carefully explained. There was never any pressure to take my treatment further - although I have - with alacrity!”

“All staff were very professional and friendly Directions to the Vein centre could be clearer. A few people made the same mistake-they left the car park and was wandering up and down the high street. Perhaps you could state Do not leave car park. Make your way to wine bar out side seating and the veincetre building is just by it. There are other company's in the same building.”
